Khanga (au kanga) ni vazi au nguo nyepesi pia ndefu ya rangi ambayo hupendwa kuvaliwa na wanawake, hasa nchi za Afrika Mashariki na Afrika Magharibi. Kanga inafanana na kikoi ambacho kawaida huvaliwa na wanaume.
Kwa kawaida kanga huwa na upana wa sentimita 150 na urefu wa sentimita 110. Kanga huweza kutumiwa kama vazi rasmi, kitambaa cha kichwani, taulo, kitambaa cha mezani na kwa shughuli mbalimbali kama kubeba watoto au kubeba mizigo kichwani.
Hutumiwa pia kama zawadi kwenye sherehe za kuzaliwa, harusi, n.k.[1] Hutolewa pia kwa familia iliyofiwa na ndugu yao nchini Tanzania.
Mwanzoni kanga ilikuwa ikirembwa kwa vitone vidogo ambavyo vilionekana na manyonya ya ndege aina ya kanga. Ndiyo sababu ilipewa jina hili.
Kanga huwa na sehemu tatu: pindo, mji (sehemu ya kati), na ujumbe. Ujumbe mara nyingi huwa ni kitendawili au fumbo.
