Ernest Orlando Lawrence (8 Ogos 1901 - 27 Ogos 1958) ialah seorang saintis nuklear Amerika perintis dan pemenang Hadiah Nobel dalam Fizik pada tahun 1939 untuk mencipta siklotronnya.
