Otello (pelafalan dalam bahasa Italia: [oˈtɛllo]) merupakan sebuah opera dalam empat babak oleh Giuseppe Verdi ke Libreto Italia oleh Arrigo Boito, berdasarkan drama Othello Shakespeare. Ini adalah opera kedua Verdi dari belakang, yang pertama kali ditampilkan di Teatro alla Scala, Milan, pada 5 Februari 1887.
