WorldCat යනු OCLC global cooperative හි සහභාගී වන රටවල් 107 ක පුස්තකාල 15,600 ක ඇති අන්තර්ගතය ලැයිස්තුගත කරන union catalog එකකි.[1] එය මෙහෙයවනු ලබන්නේ OCLC, Inc විසින් ය.[2]
ඉතිහාසය
1967 දී ෆ්‍රෙඩ් කිල්ගෝර් ගේ නායකත්වය යටතේ OCLC ආරම්භ කරන ලදී.[3] එම වසරේ දී OCLC විසින් union catalog technology ආරම්භ කළ අතර එය පසුව WorldCat බවට පරිණාමය වීම සිදුවිය. ප්‍රථම catalog records 1971 දී එක් කරන ලදී.[3][4]

Frederick G.
