Melilla, alang wi the Spaingie exclave Ceuta, is ane o the twa Spaingie territories locatit in mainland Africae. It wis regardit as a pairt o the province o Málaga prior tae 14 Mairch 1995, when the ceety's Statute o Autonomy wis passed.
