The purpose of this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) is to solicit responses from qualified contractor(s) (Proposers) for the purchase, installation and maintenance of a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) for use by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (Department), Division of Agricultural Environmental Services (AES), Laboratories. Information from the proposed LIMS database shall be available to lab personnel, Division staff and management, Feed Registrants, Seed and Fertilizer and Pesticide Licensees, participating Certified Feed Laboratories, and the general public.

AES seeks proposals for a single Division-wide LIMS database that is compatible among all Bureaus. This project shall be completed in three (3) phases, contingent upon legislative appropriation. Currently, only Phase I of this project has been funded.
