Page Deletion: Devin Boyce
Hello, while editing one of Forward Madison FC's pages, I noticed the deletion of the page of Devin Boyce. I feel that this is in error, as Boyce (in my opinion) is indeed a notable player - he been a professional soccer player since 2021, has over 100 career professional appearances, and was on the All-USL League One second team in 2021.
Here are some links that I feel are significant for his notability:
- Forward Madison add former USL League One champion midfielder - Signing announcement by local news media in Madison, Wisconsin.
- USL League One Announces 2021 All-League Teams - Announcement of Boyce's inclusion in the 2021 All-USL League One second team.
- Union Omaha names 14 players to be retained for next season's roster - Boyce mentioned as a returning signing by local news media in Omaha, Nebraska, and additionally pictured at the bottom of the article.
- NDZ Live 047: The Boyce is Back in Town - Interview with Boyce and Christian Chaney by NDZ Live, an independent Forward Madison-focused podcast. This interview includes extensive background of Boyce.
- Another day, another win, with Devin Boyce - Interview with Boyce by Talkin' Flock, another independent Forward Madison-focused podcast. The host of the podcast, Rob Chappell, is a founder and writer for Madison news media outlet Madison365.
If Boyce's page needs additional work, please let me know and I'd be happy to work on it. Yoshiegg25 03:09, 4 August 2024 (UTC)
- I am unsure why you have come to me rather than the deleting admin, @Explicit:. You should follow the guidance at Wikipedia:Deletion review if you want to challenge the outcome of the AFD. FWIW I don't think being on a few fan podcasts is enough, and the signing announcements are WP:ROUTINE. GiantSnowman 08:27, 4 August 2024 (UTC)
Sweden football teams
I noticed that you created dab-pages from the redirects on Sweden national under-19 football team and Sweden national under-17 football team. Unfortunately, that gives problems on the article UEFA. Issue is the template:nft links that seem to miss the option to differentiate between the men's and women's teams. Do you have any idea how to solve this other then reverting your own edits?
