Amalek (kwa Kiebrania עֲמָלֵק, ʻĂmālēq ^[1]) ni jina linalopatikana katika Biblia ya Kiebrania, kwa hiyo pia katika Agano la Kale la Biblia ya Kikristo, kuhusu mjukuu mmojawapo wa Esau, kabila la wahamaji lililotokana naye (Waamaleki), na maeneo yaliyokaliwa nao^[2] (Negev, Moabu na jangwa la Sinai) ambayo katika karne ya 14 KK yalikuwa na wakazi wachache sana.
