A Palme, verkleinert; 1 Blüthenkolben mit oben männlichen, unten weiblichen Blüthen, wenig verkleinert (die Farbe muss gelblich grün sein); 2 männliche Blüthe, vergrössert; 3 Staubgefäss, natürl. Grösse; 4 der verkümmerte, unfruchtbare Fruchtknoten, desgl.; 5 weibliche Blüthe aus dem Deckblättchen herausgenommen den Kelch zeigend, desgl.; 6 Fruchtknoten mit verkümmerten Staubfäden, desgl.; 7 äusseres Perigonblatt, vergrösssert; 8 inneres Perigonblatt, desgl.; 9 Längsschnitt, durch den einfächerigen Fruchtknoten, desgl.; 10 eine reife Frucht, natürl. Grösse; 11 dieselbe im Längsschnitt (die Spitze muss faserig dargestellt werden), desgl.; 12 dieselbe im Querschnitt, desgl.; 13 Same, desgl.
