Furore?

Is that the british spelling? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Puddytang (talk • contribs) 05:10, 21 January 2007 (UTC).[reply]

Furore is the British spelling, and also the Indian English spelling. Wiki spelling policy determines that the if the article is about a subject specific to a particular geographical area the spelling of that area ought to be used. 'Furor' is the American English spelling and, as such, less preferable in this article about India.

Hail to the monkey man!

Not reliable

This doesn't meet Wikipedia standereds.

I think this doesn't befit the granduer of Wikipedia. I mean, are you serious? a monkey man? This is stupid. Common, are there any right-minded scientists out there? This is shiz (s**t).Just like spring heeled jack i propose linking the two together there are a number of similarities

Seriously?! Does this topic need a wiki page? i was surprised to find another article linking "monkey man of delhi". Wll, it's been a long time since i logged in to wikipedia. I would have proposed a deletion, if i remembered how. (I hope four tildes is still the way to sign) -Vijay 117.192.59.82 (talk) 17:43, 10 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

recent edits by ip editor 182.74.4.10

182.74.4.10 has added a number of edits reverted by me and other editors. These edits are very low quality, based on both personal experience and "Mr maliks wall on favebook (sic). There are some references (not formatted) that link to Indian newspapers in a local script (these really are not WP:VER, the one English reference goes to an article that clearly states the "Monkey-man" is totally made up which is i'm sure not what the editor is trying to say. And yes I have been to India and no I don't really know about the Monkey-Man except that this and other crypto-zoological manias are just that - a mania.
