福伊·戴维·科勒（英語：Foy David Kohler；1909年2月15日—1990年12月23日），是美国外交官，曾進入美國國務院駐外事務處並在加拿大溫莎、南斯拉夫贝尔格莱德、羅馬尼亞布加勒斯特任職。1935年在北卡羅來納州格林斯伯勒結婚[1]，此後又任職於希臘雅典、埃及开罗、越南以及玻利維亞[2]。古巴导弹危机期间担任美国驻苏联大使[3][4][5]。
