При слове "Бобруйск" собрание болезненно застонало. Все соглашались ехать в Бобруйск хоть сейчас. Бобруйск считался прекрасным, высококультурным местом.

Babruysk - translitiration is wrong

Should be renamed to Bobruysk. Altaveron (talk) 11:19, 31 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

The correct form of transliteration according to "Пастанова Дзяржаўнага камітэту па зямельных рэсурсах, геадэзіі і картаграфіі Рэспублікі Беларусь № 15 ад 23 лістапада 2000 году ў рэдакцыі па стане на 1 лютага 2009 году" is Babrujsk, not Babruysk. I propose to change the name of the article accordingly. More info about trasnlitiration of Belarusian geographical names with letters of Latin script can be found here: Instruction on transliteration of Belarusian geographical names with letters of Latin script. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Abrakadabr2002 (talk • contribs) 23:24, 17 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

WWII an Jews

Believing that German troops would not target civilians, many Jews stayed behind. Was there an evacuation of Jews these persons avoided (which would be the only such case in Soviet Union)? Was there a chance to escape available at all? Soviet Union did not encourage people moving on their own, in most cases changing your location was considered to be a crime... — Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.50.165.35 (talk) 18:57, 25 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
