The name of the estate derives from a Murho village of Madhepura District.[5] Members of the Murho family were very big landlords of the Kosi division.[6][7]
History
The Murho Zamindari (Estate) was ruled by Majhraut clan Of Yadava.[8] It was the one of the largest and respected zamindari estate of Bihar.[9][10]
